FRESNO, Calif. — A 48-year-old man appeared in court Wednesday morning for his arraignment, just days after his arrest in connection with a violent May attack that resulted in the death of a woman and the disappearance of another individual.
Authorities identified the defendant as Boshay Ware, who was taken into custody three days before the court appearance as part of an ongoing investigation into the incident.
According to investigators, the case stems from a deadly attack that occurred in Fresno in May, during which a woman lost her life. A second victim, a man, remains missing, and authorities continue efforts to locate him and determine the full circumstances surrounding the case.
During Wednesday’s arraignment, Ware formally faced charges related to the investigation. Court records and law enforcement officials have not yet released all details regarding the evidence presented against him.
The death of the female victim and the continued disappearance of the second individual have drawn significant attention from both investigators and community members seeking answers.
Law enforcement agencies continue to pursue leads as they work to establish a complete timeline of events. Officials have not disclosed whether additional arrests are expected.
The investigation remains active, and authorities are urging anyone with information related to the case to contact law enforcement.
Further details are expected to emerge as court proceedings continue and investigators advance their inquiry into the deadly attack.
