A Sydney gang figure has reportedly been gunned down in Vietnam in what authorities suspect was a targeted hit linked to Australiaโs escalating gang war.

NSW Police are now working with international authorities as fears grow that Sydneyโs brutal underworld conflict may be spreading overseas.
Lemalu was previously linked to the Proper 60 group before later aligning with the Coconut Cartel network, both connected to Sydneyโs organised crime scene and ongoing gang rivalries.
Authorities have warned the killing could trigger further violence as investigations continue.
