Nine Pagan Motorcycle Gang Members Arrested in Connection to Montgomery County Wawa Shooting

Authorities have arrested nine members of the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Gang in connection with a violent shooting that erupted outside a Wawa convenience store in Montgomery County last month.

According to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the suspects — identified as George Cwienk III, 51; Joel Hernandez-Martinez, 36; George Hripto Jr., 50; Jason Lawless, 45; Manuel Baez-Santos, 34; Erik Dixon, 33; Luke Higgins, 29; Justin Noll, 34; and Erik Rosenberger, 46 — face multiple charges, including aggravated assault, riot, and 46 counts of recklessly endangering another person.

The shooting occurred on October 17 at the Wawa located at 2544 West Main Street in Norristown, when a confrontation broke out between members of the Pagans and the rival Unknown Bikers Outlaw Motorcycle Gang. Surveillance footage showed the Pagans riding into the lot in formation before surrounding the Unknowns, blocking exits, and engaging in a physical altercation.

Moments later, gunfire erupted, injuring six people, including two innocent bystanders — one shot in the face while inflating his car tire, and another woman shot in the torso near the entrance.

The Pagans fled the scene immediately after. The case remains under investigation by local and federal authorities.
