In Loving Memory of My Daddy

In Loving Memory of My Daddy

At 4:15 this morning, our family said goodbye to my daddy, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by love. George and I are profoundly grateful that we were right by his side—there could be no better way to have shared this final moment.

Daddy was loved and cherished by so many. He filled every room with laughter, the life of every party, and the most generous, giving person I have ever known. He was proud of his Greek-American heritage, a native of Raleigh, a devoted Veteran, and a true Wolfpacker. But above all else, he was an extraordinary dad, Papou, uncle, brother, and friend.

His love for us was fierce and unconditional, always cheering us on and celebrating our lives as if they were his own. The past few months, though difficult, were an immeasurable gift. They allowed us to create memories and share moments that his grandchildren will hold close to their hearts forever.

It’s impossible to fully grasp how much we will miss him. His spirit, warmth, and generosity touched everyone around him and left a lasting imprint on our hearts.

Rest easy now, my Daddy. You gave us a lifetime of love, laughter, and lessons. Though we grieve deeply, we are comforted knowing your memory will live on in each of us. Memory Eternal.
