Queensland Police said the incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on Peter Delemothe Road, between Strathalbyn and Strathmore Roads. Initial investigations suggest a silver Mazda 2, traveling westbound, collided head-on with a white Toyota Hilux coming from the opposite direction.
