FORT PAYNE, Ala. — Police have identified and arrested the suspect in a robbery that took place at a PNC Bank in downtown Fort Payne earlier this week.
According to the Fort Payne Police Department, 62-year-old Mark Loveless of Somerset, Kentucky, entered the PNC Bank at 200 Gault Avenue North around 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the FBI Birmingham for their prompt assistance and hard work as well,” Davis said.
Loveless is currently being held in the Pulaski County Jail pending extradition back to Alabama. Authorities confirmed he may also face federal charges in connection with the armed robbery.
