Police are searching for an unidentified suspect in connection with a fatal stabbing that happened on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at around 8:10 A.M. near Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway.
According to investigators, the suspect approached a 34-year-old man and became involved in a dispute before allegedly pulling out a knife and stabbing the victim in the chest.
The suspect then fled the scene on foot toward the Bayview Houses.
Authorities are urging anyone with information related to the incident or the identity of the suspect to come forward as the homicide investigation continues.
