Remembering Linda Cross: A Loving Mother and Neighbor

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Linda Cross, who left us yesterday morning after a courageous nine-year battle with Alzheimer’s. While her illness challenged her, her love, kindness, and warmth never wavered. Mom is now in a better place, free from pain, and though our hearts ache, we find comfort in the beautiful memories she left behind.

Linda was a caring, loving, and truly great woman. She devoted herself to her family and community, touching the lives of everyone around her with compassion and generosity. Her presence brought joy, and her wisdom and warmth will be remembered forever. We will miss her dearly, but we are grateful for the love she shared and the lessons she taught us.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor her remarkable journey and the impact she had on all who knew her.

Messages of support have poured in, reflecting the love she inspired. Friends and neighbors have shared:

“So sorry for your loss! Praying for you all!” – Ashley Clark
“Your dear mama was a kind and caring neighbor.” – Sherrie Sanders Knoblock
“She took care of us kids and was a great mom. Prayers for ya’ll.” – Angie Jean Broxon

We are deeply grateful for the prayers, hugs, and comforting words from our friends, family, and community. Your love reminds us of how cherished Mom truly was.
