Man, 45, Dies After 30ft Fall Into Empty Silo at Liverpool Factory

A tragic workplace accident has claimed the life of a 45-year-old man after he fell approximately 30 feet into an empty silo at a factory in Speke, Liverpool.

Emergency services were called to the industrial site on Woodend Avenue at around 7:20 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, following reports of a man falling inside the facility. Despite immediate efforts from first responders, the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have confirmed that the man’s next of kin have been notified, though his identity has not yet been publicly released.
