19-Year-Old Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash on Kuna Mora Road
KUNA, Idaho — A 19-year-old man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision early Thursday morning on Kuna Mora Road, according to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) and Kuna Police Department (KPD).
The crash happened around 5:30 a.m. on September 4, 2025, west of Cole Road. Investigators say the young man was driving a 1992 Honda Accord eastbound when he attempted to pass two other vehicles by moving into the westbound lane.
During the maneuver, the Honda collided head-on with a 2012 Ford Edge. In the process, a 2022 Toyota Camry traveling eastbound was also struck.
Victim Identified as 19-Year-Old Driver
The impact left the driver of the Honda Accord with fatal injuries, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not yet been released pending notification of family.
Others Injured in the Crash
Authorities reported that the two occupants of the Toyota Camry and the driver of the Ford Edge sustained minor injuries. All were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
Ongoing Investigation
The ACSO Collision Reconstruction Team is leading the investigation into the crash, piecing together the sequence of events that led to the fatal accident.
